摘要
高校人力资本价值的实现,既要有合理的定价方法对其自身价值予以认可,又要有合理的激励措施来引导其有效投入。高校人力资本的定价,不仅要从投入角度考虑人力资本的资本属性,而且要从产出角度考虑人力资本的运行规律。高校人力资本的激励,应该以人力资本的定价为基础,体现人力资本的主导需求。
