联合颈动脉彩色多普勒和经颅多普勒检测颅内外动脉狭窄结果分析

Result analysis of intra-extracranial artery stenosis with carotid artery color Doppler flow imaging and transcranial Doppler sonography

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)与经颅多普勒超声(transcranial Dopplersonography,TCD)联合应用在诊断颅内外动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法对102例缺血性脑血管病患者在数字减影血管造影(digital substraction angiography,DSA)检查前分别行CDFI、TCD检查,其中37例经脑血管造影确定为颈内动脉(ICA)单、双侧狭窄或闭塞,48例颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞。以DSA为标准,计算CDFI、TCD及二者联合检测结果的符合率。结果单用CDFI诊断符合率为93.1%(190/204)、单用TCD为96.2%(1275/1326),二者联合检测CDFI诊断符合率为96.6%(197/204)、TCD为98.4%(1305/1326)。结论CDFI和TCD的联合应用能明显提高对颅内外动脉狭窄诊断的准确性。
