摘要
通过对乌鲁木齐地区中小学教师继续教育的问卷调查分析,提出了在第四个五年管理周期改进乌鲁木齐地区中小学教师继续教育工作的六项对策:引导参训教师树立科学的终身学习理念;加强培训的针对性、实践性、专业性、实效性;开展继续教育的项目研发和课程设置工作;实现培训内容的多元化和培训形式的多样化;加强与中小学的联系与合作,引导和促进中小学校本培训工作;努力建设一支数量足够、素质精良、结构合理、适应需要的高素质继续教育队伍。
