高亮度LED用于汽车大灯是未来的发展方向,其中HB LED日行灯已开始作为产品应用于一些高档轿车。本文设计了一款基于专用IC MAX16831与反激式变换器的汽车日行灯HB LED驱动电路,实现了HB LED的恒流驱动和PWM调光,并能满足日行灯的有关驱动要求。详细介绍了线路的设计原理,并对PWM调光控制功能和调光比影响因素等进行了分析,给出主要实验参数和实验结果,输入电压6V～19V,输出电压40V～57V,PWM调光占空比可调5%-100%,输出LED电流160mA,有关实验验证了所给出设计的可行性。
