Professor Li Diangui's Experience in Treating Ulcerative Colitis from Turbidity Toxin Theory

介绍李佃贵教授从浊毒论治溃疡性结肠炎的经验。认为浊毒既是溃疡性结肠炎的致病因素,又是其病理产物;临床分脾虚气滞、浊毒内蕴、浊毒阻络和浊毒伤阴等证型论治,化浊解毒法贯穿治疗始终;并配合耳穴贴压、灌肠等多种疗法,效果显著。并附验案举证。

This article introduces professor Li Diangui s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)based on turbidity toxin theory.It is argued that turbidity toxin is both the pathogenic factor and pathological product of UC;UC can be differentiated into several syndromes,but turbidity toxin should be treated throughout the treatment.Besides,ear embedding and enema are also given;and wonderful results have been obtained.Proven cases are listed.
