摘要
采用正交试验的方法研究了等温淬火工艺参数的变化对低铬变质白口铸铁力学性能的影响。结果表明,淬火加热温度较低或保温时间较短时,随保温时间的延长或淬火加热温度的升高,低铬变质白口铸铁的硬度和冲击韧性呈先升后降的趋势;下贝氏体+马氏体+较大量残余奥氏体复相组织的硬度和冲击韧度要优于单纯的下贝氏体组织;等温时间一定时,各工艺参数对硬度和冲击韧度的影响程度按自大到小的顺序依次为淬火加热温度、保温时间、等温温度。
The effects of austempering process parameters on the mechanical character of modified low chromium white cast iron were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that,when the heating-up temperature is lower or the holding time is shorter,with the increase of holding time or the increase of heating-up temperature,the hardness and the impact toughness of modified low chromium white cast iron increase first and then decrease.
