摘要
基于实验基础,运用多因素正交试验,优化了一种适合液态模锻用铝合金的化学成分。结果表明,化学成分(质量分数,%)为3.0Mg、0.3Si、1.2Cu和7.0Zn的铝合金,在120MPa压力下成形时,所得试样的综合力学性能最好。
Based on experiment,using multifactor orthogonal test,the chemical composition of Al-alloy for liquid state forging was optimized. The results show that when Al-alloy chemical composition(mass fraction,%) is 3.0Mg,0.3Si,1.2Cu,7.0Zn and the sample is formed in liquid state forging under 120 MPa,its synthetic mechanical property is best.
