摘要
对微型齿轮正反热挤压成形进行三维刚塑性有限元模拟,利用三维有限元软件DEFORM模拟其成形过程中的金属流动充填规律,获得了变形中应力应变、温度、载荷特征,揭示了其微成形过程的变形机理,为生产实践提供理论依据。
The forward hot-extrusion and back hot-extrusion forming process of micro-gear was simulated by FEM. The deformation process was simulated with finite element software-DEFORM,the metal flow and filling regularity and stress-strain and temperature and load feature were obtained. The deformation mechanism of gear micro-forming was disclosed,which provide theoretical basis for production practice.
