异氟醚对老龄大鼠空间记忆影响的模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立一种有效评价异氟醚对老龄大鼠空间记忆影响的动物实验模型。方法:共24只18~22月龄雄性Wistar老龄大鼠经放射状八臂(四臂放食物)迷宫训练成功后,随机分为对照组和麻醉组,每组12只。对照组吸入70%空气和30%氧气2h,麻醉组在此基础上吸入1.5%异氟醚2h。麻醉完全苏醒24h后,在同一迷宫测试空间记忆的再现过程,连续测试1周,记录每天工作记忆错误和参考记忆错误。结果:与对照组比较,麻醉组的工作记忆错误次数在第3、4、5、6、7天增多,参考记忆错误次数在第2、3、4、5、6、7天增多,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:放射状八臂迷宫是一种能有效评价异氟醚致老龄大鼠空间记忆障碍的迷宫模型。 Objective To establish an effective animal model for evaluating the influence of insoflurane on spatial memory of aged rats.Methods 24 Wistar male aged rats(18-month-old to 22-month-old) which had been successfully trained in the 8-arm(4-arm baited) radial maze were randomly assigned to receive inhalation of 70% air and 30% oxygen for 2 h(control group) or 1.5% isoflurane for 2h(anesthesia group).24 h after anesthesia recovery, memory retrieval was tested at the same maze for one week, during which the work...
