摘要
目前如何提高光模块的接收灵敏度是一个应用难点,特别是高速光模块。从芯片的设计与选择层面进行灵敏度改进,周期长,成本高,不利于增强光模块的市场竞争力。为此提出一种新型的RC均衡电路,结构简单,性能高效,能满足实现提高灵敏度的要求。
It is a practical difficulty to improve the receiving sensitivity of optical modules,especially for high-speed optical modules.Designing a new chip in optical modules usually causes long cycle and high cost,which is not allowed for the competitive market.This paper provides an easy-structured and high-perfor-mance RC equalizer for sensitivity enhancement.
