摘要
在新课程改革背景下,班主任在教育与管理过程中,在处理与学生的关系时,笔者从人际伦理这一角度,试提出以下五种角色:一、管而有度的"严父";二、奉献爱心的"慈母";三、以诚相待的"益友";四、指挥若定的"导演"。
