摘要
目的研究灵芝孢子粉对大鼠点燃模型的作用。方法建立大鼠戊四唑(pentylenetetrazole,PTZ)化学性点燃,观察孢子粉对点燃发作的影响。结果孢子粉500 mg.kg-1抑制PTZ化学点燃的发作(P<0.05)。结论孢子粉对PTZ化学点燃的发作有拮抗作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibition of Spores of Ganoderma lucidum on kindling models in rats.Methods: PTZ kindling models of rats were established and the effect of Spores of Ganoderma lucidum was investigated at different doses on kindling seizures.Results: Spores 500 mg·kg-1 significanty inhibited the seizure severity in PTZ kindled rats(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that Spores have antagonism against PTZ-kindling in rats.
