老年常见病与血液流变学指标变化的临床研究

Clinical research on senile diseases and changes of blood rheology indicators

目的探讨老年人血液流变学指标的变化与老年性疾病的关系。方法对来本院进行健康查体的274例老干部的血液流变学指标,根据检测结果分为高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、冠心病、脑梗塞和健康对照组共6组,经统计学处理后与对照组比较。结果各组检测结果与对照组比较都存在不同程度的差异性(P<0.01或P<0.05),各组之间没有差异性。结论老年性疾病与血液流变学指标的改变密切相关。

Objective: To research the changes of elderly blood rheology indicators and age-related diseases.Methods: According to the test results of the blood rheology indicators of veteran cadres in the 274 cases for the health check in the hospital,they were divided into hypertension,diabetes,high blood lipids,coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction and the healthy control groups.After the statistical treatment they were compared to the control group.Results: The group test results showed that there were differe...
