摘要
目的:探讨应用牵引钉行颌间牵引术治疗颌骨骨折后牙关系紊乱的效果。方法:以颌间牵引钛钉单独或辅助颌间固定,治疗25例颌骨骨折患者。结果:所有病例均在短期内恢复咬关系,效果评价好者22例,较好者2例,失败1例。结论:以颌间牵引钛钉行颌间固定简便、有效并克服了传统方法的不足。
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of intermaxillary traction by the use of titanium screw implantation for the treatment of jaw fracture. Methods:25 cases of jawfracture have been treated with intermaxillary faxition screw. Results:Occlusion of all cases were restored to normal by intermaxillary traction in a short time. 22 cases resulted excellent,3 cases were good,and 1 case was failure. Conclusions:Application of intermaxillary faxition screw advanced the traditional therapy.
