羟基磷灰石在颌骨囊肿术后骨腔中应用的临床观察与分析

The evaluation and clinical observation in HA(hydroxyapatite)' application in bone antrum after jaw cyst operation

目的:评价应用羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite.HA)+医用胶原膜(又称:医用组织引导再生胶原膜)(Medical Collagen Membrane of Guided Tissue Regeneration.GTR)在填塞颌骨囊肿术后骨腔的临床效果。方法:颌骨囊肿摘除术后,将HA颗粒粉直接填入骨腔,恢复正常外形后,表面覆盖GTR,再将粘骨膜瓣复位,严密缝合。回顾分析HA+GTR填塞颌骨囊肿术后骨腔患者35例的临床资料和应用经验。结果:本组35例,术后切口Ⅰ期愈合,口腔颌面部外型及牙弓形态正常,牙齿稳固,咬合关系正常,咀嚼功能良好。结论:颌骨囊肿摘除术后,应用HA+GTR充填骨腔,引导/诱导病损组织的功能再生性愈合。手术操作简便、易行,避免了骨腔的开放性填塞和愈合后的颌骨塌陷性畸形,保留了受累牙齿,保持了颌面部及牙弓的正常形态和功能。值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of HA and GTR (Medical collagen membrane of guided tissue regeneration) used in bone antrum after jaw cyst operation.Methods:HA pellet were filled to bone antrum after jaw cyst operation.After bone normal outline resume GTR were covered surface.Last mucousmembrane periosteumpetal location resumed and were tight sew. 35 patients clinical data and application experience that HA+GTR filled in bone antrum after jaw cyst operation were analyzed re-strospectively. Result:All 35 cases incision after operation recovered in phase one.Oral ,jaw ,face out-line and teeth bow feature were normal.After operation teeth were steady and its occluing relation cure. Teeth chew function were normal also.Conclusions:After bone cyst operation ,when HA+CTR were filled in bone antrum,it could induce disease hurt tissue function recover.This operation execute simply and easy and retain involved teeth and avoid bone antrum openning fill and avoid jaw sink deformity. The normal feature and function of jaw face and teeth bow were reserved.This operation deserve widly usd in clinical.
