摘要
优先建设城市法治文化是中国法治文化建设的必由之路。这既需要有清晰明确的规划目标,也需要坚持行之有效的基本途径和长效机制。在建设城市法治文化的过程中,要正确认识中国共产党的领导作用,要坚持走社会主义道路,要坚持改革开放;针对不同的主体,主要是法律职业群体、政府、社会公众,要提出不同的要求。
It s the right way to highlight the construction of the legal culture of the city.During the process,a complete plan is critical;moreover an effective mechanism of execution is essential.The role of the Party of Chinese Community must be correctly recognized,which directly influence both the consolidation of the socialism and the deepening of the reform.Considering the feature of the different circle,the respective request can be put out among the legal community,government and the people.
