摘要
高校的老干部是高校的宝贵资源,高校的老干部工作牵动着高校的中心工作,影响着高校的全局,高校的老干部工作抓得好坏事关高校的兴衰发展。高校老干部工作既是一项服务性较强的工作,又是一项政策性很强的工作,要运作好这项工作,必须树立系统化观念,即从思想、行动、组织和方法等诸多方面着手,始终把优质服务作为工作的出发点和落脚点,切实保证老干部工作落到实处,使服务管理工作达到规范化制度化。
Veteran cadre is the valuable resources for H.I while veteran cadre work is considered as the central work which plays an important role in the development of the H.I.Veteran cadre work is a special field in which strong sense of service and strong sense of policy is required.In order to operate it well,the administrators must adopt a systematic opinion,that's to say,they should persistently believe that the point of departure as well as the goal of work is quality service.From the aspects of thought, action, organization and methods,the administrators should finally realize the standardization and systematization in service administration.
