摘要
本研究随机抽取重庆市主城区各类民办幼儿园教师217名为被试,采用MBI-ES教师职业倦怠量表和SCL-90症状自评量表对其进行测评,以探讨民办园教师职业倦怠现状与其心理健康的关系,结果表明:民办园教师的情绪衰竭程度相对较高,其次是低个人成就感,非人性化现象最轻微;民办园教师的职业倦怠状况与心理健康水平呈显著正相关关系,职业倦怠越严重,心理健康水平越低,反之,心理健康水平越低,职业倦怠也越严重;改善民办园教师的生存状态是提高其心理健康水平、防治职业倦怠的必由之路。
In an attempt to explore the job burnout condition and its relationship with mental health among private preschool teachers, this study investigated 217 randomly chosen teachers from a variety of private preschools of Chongqing’s original nine urban districts with the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Symptom Checklist -90.
