二妙散加味合云南白药治疗溃疡性结肠炎27例

Second Miao Powder Yunnan Baiyao Combined Treatment of 27 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

[目的]观察二妙散加味合云南白药治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。[方法]运用加味二妙散合云南白药保留灌肠治疗疗效分析。[结果]治愈率85%,1年内复发率3.7%,未出现并发症和毒副作用。[结论]中药灌肠治疗取得了较好的疗效,又减轻了药物对人体的毒副作用,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎较好的方法。

[Objective]To observe the Second Miao Modified Powder Yunnan Baiyao treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)of clinical efficacy.[Methods]the use of flavored Ermiao Powder Yunnan Baiyao retention enema treatment analysis.[Results]The cure rate of 85%,1 year relapse rate 3.7%,no complications and side effects.[Conclusion]The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine enema achieved good efficacy,but also reduce the drug side effects on the human body is a better treatment of ulcerative colitis treatment.
