益气养阴化瘀法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫32例

Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Treatment 32 Cases of Diabetic Gastroparesis

[目的]观察益气养阴化瘀法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。[方法]将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例,治疗组采用益气养阴化瘀中药治疗,对照组单服西药治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组有效率90.62%,对照组78.94%。[结论]治疗组明显优于对照组。
