中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石20例疗效观察

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Urinary Calculi Clinical Observation of 20 Cases

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。[方法]将40例泌尿系结石患者随机分为对照组20例,治疗组20例。对照组采用西药抗生素静滴治疗,大剂量输液及跳跃;治疗组加用中药排石汤加减内服。[结果]治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,两组有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效较好。

[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of urinary calculi clinical efficacy.[Methods] 40 cases of urinary stone patients were randomly divided into control group,20 cases,20 cases of the treatment group,the control group using western medicine,antibiotics,intravenous therapy,high-dose infusion and jump;treatment group were Chinese Paishi Oral Decoction.[Results]The total effective 95%,total effective rate of the control group 70%,two very significant differences(P<0...
