中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效及护理观察

Chinese and Western Medicines for Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Retention Enema Efficacy and Nursing Observation

[目的]探讨中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及护理。[方法]采用生理盐水100mL,思密达6g,地塞米松5mg,庆大霉素8万U,八味锡类散1g,云南白药0.5g配成灌肠液,每晚临睡前,以直肠滴入法灌入。选择细小导管以80滴/min速度滴入,保留2～4h,疗程15天。[结果]75例患者,显效47例,占62.7%,有效24例,占32%,稳定4例,占5.3%,总有效率达94.7%。[结论]应用中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎简便易行,疗效确切,值得推广。
