摘要
将60例老年肝肾阴虚型高脂血症随机分为观察组和对照组,分别服用滋肝养肾降脂汤和血脂康胶囊。结果:观察组降低TC、TG、LDL-C、APOB,升高HDL-C、APOA和改善症状等作用,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示用降脂中药辨证组方治疗高脂血症有确切临床疗效。
60 cases of aged people hyperlipidemia diagnosed with hepatic and renal yin deficiency were divide randomly into two groups:observation group and control group.Treated with reducing blood fat decoction of nourishing liver and kidney and xuezhikang capsule respectively.The results indicated observation group can reduce the level of TC,TG,LDL-c,APOB,increase the level of HDL-C,APOA and change the clinical symptom,showing significant difference from control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:traditional Chinese medic...
