基于环境福利的森林资源-环境-经济综合核算循环矩阵研究--兼论森林生态效益外部性的宏观分析模式

Research on Circle Matrices for Integrated Forest Resources-Environmental and Economic Accounting based on Environment Welfare——A Gross Analysis Mode of Forest Ecosystem Externality

将森林资源和环境纳入国民经济核算体系的模式,主要是增设"森林资源净值"和"森林环境福利"两个指标,用以反映森林资源和环境的流量,调整国民经济循环账户中的相关项目。同时,利用扩展的国民经济循环矩阵技术,文章建立了基于环境福利的森林资源—环境—经济综合核算循环矩阵,它的建立给森林经济—环境关系分析、建模及计算机技术的运用带来了极大的方便,它是一种既见森林又见树木的重要森林经济—环境分析工具。

Way of bringing forest resource and environment into system of national accounting is that two items, which are "net value of forest resource" and "forest environment welfare", are added to depict the flows of forest resource and environment, and to adjust relevant items in circle matrices for national accounting.
