在新的历史条件下,我国所推行的新型工业化是一项长期的复杂系统工程,它需要市场与创新联动机制、基于协同的企业集群化机制等内源式机制与应激—适应性机制、梯度转移机制等外源式机制相辅相成,以组成一个较完善的机制体系来进行有效推动。同时,在这个过程中,应充分发挥政府的关键性作用。
