腔镜下小切口甲状腺手术55例临床体会

55 Cases Clinical Experiences on Small Cut Thyroid Gland Operation under Cavity Len

目的探讨腔镜下甲状腺手术可行性、并发症的防治经验及效果。方法小切口径路,借助外牵吊技术建立无气工作腔室。以高频超声刀剪作为主要操作器械,辅以特选吸引剥离器等,对55例甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿等病人实施内窥镜下手术。结果54例手术成功。1例因甲状腺癌合并局部淋巴结转移转为开放手术。结论腔镜下甲状腺手术是安全可靠的方法,既达到微创的目的,又具有一定的美容效果。
