Face Recognition Based on NMF and LVQ Neural network

摘要 提出一种新颖的基于LVQ网络的人脸识别方法.以NMF提取人脸子空间特征,使用LVQ网络对人脸进行分类.LVQ网络结构简单,但却表现出比BP神经网络更强的有效性和鲁棒性.实验结果表明,提出的算法利用较少样本数据即可快速地进行人脸识别. A novel method is proposed for Face recognition based on learning vector quantization(LVQ)network.NMF is proposed for extraction feature of subspace of face.Then LVQ network is used to class face.LVQ has a simple network structure,but it is very effective and robust in face recognition.The experiment results show that the algorithm can recognize face fleetly using a few samples.
