Research and development of Flood Risk Mapping Management Information Platform of lower Yellow River

黄河下游洪水风险图管理信息平台的开发以模型库、知识库和数据仓库为基础,采用了J2EE三层框架结构和中间件技术,结合MVC设计模式及各种中间件服务并基于网络共享的分布式数据服务体系,对黄河下游滩区、东平湖蓄滞洪区、黄河堤防济南段、济南市城市洪水风险图4个应用系统的各项功能进行了集成。该平台可以方便地对水文气象、工情信息、洪水灾害、防汛管理等进行查询,同时应用洪水仿真、损失评估等模型模拟出不同洪水频率下最大可能淹没范围、淹没水深、流速并实现洪灾损失评估、迁安救护决策支持等功能。

Based on model base,knowledge base and data warehouse,the Flood Risk Mapping Management Information Platform of the lower Yellow River is developed with application of 3-tier architecture of J2EE and mid-ware technique in combination with MVC design pattern and all the mid-ware services concerned on the basis of the net share based distributed data service system.The system is integrated with all the functions of the four applied systems of the flood risk mapping information of floodplain of the lower Yello...
