摘要
在分析我国城市水域面积与水资源条件、土地资源之间关系的基础上,探讨了确定城市适宜水域面积的方法,该方法通过建立城市水域的生态效益函数和建设成本函数,以边际效益和边际成本相等为确定适宜水域面积的均衡条件。经郑州市郑东新区城市水域面积实证分析,取得了实用性成果与结论。
