复方虎杖片治疗抗精神病药所致无黄疸型肝损害疗效观察

Reynoutria Compound in Treatment of Antipsychotic-Induced Liver Damage without Jaundice Clinical Observation

[目的]观察复方虎杖片治疗抗精神病药物所致无黄疸型肝损害的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组各30例。治疗组口服复方虎杖片(药用虎杖、五味子、浙贝、三七、明矾、甘草)治疗;对照组口服葡醛内酯片、维生素C片、复合维生素B片治疗。疗程均为6周。观察治疗前后肝功能指标的变化。[结果]治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为66.6%、90%,对照组治愈率、总有效率分别为46.6%、76.6%。差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肝功能指标均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组肝功能治疗后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]复方虎杖片治疗抗精神病药物所致无黄疸型肝损害有较好的临床效果。
