摘要
文化差异给跨国经营带来文化风险与文化冲突,人力资源部通过运用AHP法与FCE法对在华跨国公司内中外高级雇员进行评定,根据测评结果来加强各人员素质的提高和人力资源的优化配置,实现不同文化假设下的高级雇员之间的沟通合作和公司的长期目标。
Cultural differences bring cultural risks and cultural conflicks to multinational management.According to the result of measuring and assessing chinese and foreign senior employee with AHP and FEC laws, human resource department enhances the quality of employee and optimize human reource arrangement,so as to realize the cooperation among the senior employees who are under different culturalbackgrounds and long-term goal of the corporation.
