戊二醛消毒柜消毒效果分析

Analyze the effect of Glutaraldehyde Sterilizing cabinet

目的:调查戊二醛消毒柜灭菌效果。方法:采用无菌检验和人工染菌试验方法进行了现场和试验检测。连续观察灭菌后的物品上,都时常出现细菌生长。结果:人工染菌的菌片经戊二醛消毒柜处理1个周期,染菌片阳性比例为6/11;电刀、电钻等染菌器械阳性比例为6/19;导尿管类物品阳性比例为19/22。结论:手术器械不宜使用此类消毒柜进行灭菌,特别是带管腔类物品,不能充分暴露、有缠绕、叠压情况均不能达到有效消毒或灭菌。

Object:To analyze the effect of glutaraldegyde sterilizing cabinet.Methods:To use the microbiological examination to examine the cabinet.To observe the growing of virus.Results:Use the microbiological contamination disc in the glutaraldehyde Sterilizing cabinet for a week,and the positive responses was 6/11,apparatus was 6/19,vessels was 19/22.Conclusion The apparatus should not sterilize in the glutaraldehyde Sterilizing cabinet,especially the vessels.
