摘要
以FeCl3.6H2O和CoCl2.6H2O为原料,以二次去离子水、聚乙二醇水溶液、丙三醇水溶液以及丙三醇/聚乙二醇水溶液为介质,采用水热法制备出CoFe2O4纳米粉体。利用XRD、FESEM对CoFe2O4纳米颗粒进行了分析,研究了不同反应介质对合成CoFe2O4颗粒结构和形貌的影响。结果表明,4种介质条件下均能生成尖晶石型CoFe2O4纳米颗粒。以二次去离子水和聚乙二醇水溶液为介质时,得到平均粒径为15 nm的球形CoFe2O4纳米颗粒;而以丙三醇水溶液及丙三醇/聚乙二醇水溶液为介质时,分别得到平均粒径为50 nm和100 nm的八面体颗粒。
