摘要
通过对带有切口的砂浆试样进行三点弯曲试验测试,得到了掺量为0—18%的SBR(styrene-butadiene rubber,简称SBR)乳液改性水泥砂浆荷载-变形曲线及相应裂缝嘴张开位移(CMOD),并通过理论计算得到了不同掺量下改性水泥砂浆的有效裂纹长度(aeff)、临界应力强度因子(KsIC)及裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)等断裂特征参数。结果表明:SBR乳液改性水泥砂浆的临界荷载、相应变形及裂缝嘴张开位移随着乳液掺量的增加而增大,临界荷载随乳液掺量的增加仅增加13.4%,而变形及裂缝嘴张开位移则分别增加了68.4%和64.5%;裂缝嘴张开位移、有效裂纹扩展长度、临界应力强度因子及裂纹尖端张开位移等则随着乳液掺量的增加呈指数增加;采用裂纹尖端张开位移较裂缝嘴张开位移更能体现出SBR乳液对砂浆作用效果的差异性。
The load-deformation curves and crack mouth open displacements(CMOD) of mortars content 0—18% of SBR(styrene-butadiene rubber) latex were acquired by means of three-point bend test on notched mortar samples.And the fracture parameters such as efficient crack length(aeff),critical stress intensity factor(KsIC) and crack tip open displacement(CTOD) were obtained through theoretical calculation.The results show that the critical load and corresponding deformation,of mortars increase with the increasing content...
