代建制政府投资项目管理模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice of the Administrative Mode of the Construction-agent System of Government Projects

比较分析了我国现行的代建制政府投资项目管理模式及其建设管理机构的设置方案。并结合武汉市东西湖区代建制政府投资项目管理的特点,提出了改革实践方案和配套措施。

The administrative modes of the construction-agent system of chinese government projects and the corresponding schemes of establishing construction administration organs were compared and analyzed.Combining the characteristics of the government projects management of construction-agent system of the East-west Lake District in Wuhan,the practical reform scheme and supporting measures were proposed.
