经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生500例

Transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate in patients with prostate hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的安全性及疗效,以积累临床经验,指导临床工作。方法:收集我院诊治的500例前列腺增生患者,应用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗。结果:手术时间30~140分钟,切除前列腺组织12~130克,术中出血15~260毫升,无电切综合征的发生,术后国际前列腺症状评分明显下降,最大尿流率明显增加,剩余尿量明显下降。结论:经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生,安全性高、并发症少,术后恢复快,适合推广应用。

Objective: To study the safety and curative effect of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate in prostate hyperplasia patients,for accumulating clinical experience in directing the clinical work.Methods: 500 patients with prostate hyperplasia were treated by transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate.Results: The duration of procedure was 30-140 min.The resected tissue weighed 12-130g.The intraoperative blood loss was 15-260ml.No transurethral resection syndrome was occurred.The inter...
