奎硫平联用坦度螺酮在治疗精神分裂症的疗效分析

Study the effect of quetiapine combing tandospirone to treat schizophrenia

目的:研究奎硫平联用坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效分析。方法:共80例病人各自联用奎硫平和坦度螺酮,单独使用奎硫平,使用PANSS进行评分。结果:治疗8周后两组PANSS总分较疗前均有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组的临床疗效相当,但研究组起效较早,所用奎硫平的剂量较低,不良反应亦较对照组少而轻。结论:奎硫平联用坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症的方法值得使用。

Objective: Study the effect of quetiapine combing tandospirone to treat schizophrenia.Methods: To treat 80 patients with quetiapine and tandospirone,or quetiapine alone,and use PANSS to measure.Results: The effect of these two group has improved greatly,but the controlled group has more side effects and larger dose.Conclusion: The method of quetiapine combing tandospirone to treat schizophrenia is valuable.
