University students' apartment house is an important place where they study and live everyday and an important position to educate them on cultural quality.In the paper,the importance and connotation of cultural construction in apartment house are expounded,the characteristics and functions of cultural construction in apartment house an analyzed. Also, some ways and methods are presented to enhance students' cultural quality education by the position of apartment house.
