摘要
颅内生殖细胞肿瘤是儿童及青少年中枢神经系统的常见肿瘤。近年来,该类肿瘤的治疗有不少研究进展,最重要的是强调综合治疗和按照病理类型的分组治疗。对生殖细胞肿瘤不同亚型的治疗进行分类别综述,并展望其发展前景。
