彩色多普勒超声检查诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床意义

Diagnosis of Deep venous thrombosis in Lower Extremity

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断意义。方法:于2008年1月～12月应用彩色多普勒超声检查发现下肢深静脉血栓患者273例。结果:本组病例中急性下肢深静脉血栓222例,陈旧性下肢深静脉血栓51例,应用彩色多普勒超声检查均能清晰显示病变部位、血栓回声及血流状况等,为及时治疗疾病、减少并发症的发生提供了重要依据。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查具有准确性高、无创、无禁忌证、实时、重复性好及费用相对较低等优点,为诊断下肢深静脉血栓首选的检查方法。

Objective To appraise the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)examination for the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.Methods 281 patients of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.222cases were acute deep venous thrombosis and 59 cases were chronic deep venous thrombosis.The echo and location of thrombosis,and the flow of blood with deep venous thrombosis could be showed by CDFI examination in all cases.CDFI could provide evidences of diagnosis for deep venous thrombosis...
