摘要
野苹果是新疆野果林的主体。为揭示其基本的光合生理生态特征,用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪测定野苹果的光合作用日变化及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:(1)野苹果的净光合速率、气孔导度日变化曲线呈"单峰"型,在10:00时左右均出现最大值,分别为17.74μmol.m-2.s-1和0.47molH2Om-2s-1;(2)蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈"双峰"型,峰值分别出现在12:00时和16:00时,其值为9.64 mmolH2Om-2.s-1和8.83 mmolH2Om-2.s-1;(3)胞间CO2浓度不随气孔导度的降低而减小,控制野苹果光合速率因子为非气孔限制;(4)环境因子中以光合有效辐射对光合特征参数的影响最大,其与净光合速率和蒸腾速率呈显著相关,而大气相对湿度对光合和呼吸速率的影响均为最小。
Detailed measurements of leaf photosynthetic characteristics of Malus sieversii in Xinjiang were used to analyze the relationship between photosynthesis and environmental factors.The results showed that diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs) were single curve,reaching up to maximum values of 17.74 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 0.47 molH2Om-2·s-1,respectively,around 10:00 O′clock.Transpiration rate(Tr) was bimodal curve,and two peak occurred at 12:00 and 16:00 O′clock,9.64 mmolH2Om-2·...
