摘要
对陕西省太白县北沟村集体林权制度改革面临的问题进行了描述,分析了问题产生的原因及其对林权制度改革的影响。分析结果表明:林改形式应多样化,要确保林农从中受益,拓宽林农增收的渠道,并不断完善林改政策。
The problems of collective forest tenure reform in Beigou Village were presented and the cause to the problems as well as their impacts on collective forest tenure were analyzed.The result showed that the collective forest tenure should be diversified in forms to ensure the farmers get benefits from the reform and have their income increase channels broadened.
