低剂量超敏感性的研究现状及其在放射治疗中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 低剂量超敏感性是指细胞对很低剂量照射(约<0.50Gy)较敏感及对其后的剂量区域(0.5Gy~1.0Gy)敏感性下降的现象[1]。20世纪60年代,研究人员在进行玉米类植物照射研究中首次发现:用低剂量(<0.5Gy)的γ射线照射时存在超敏感性,并且诱导的花粉突变及致死率均比高剂量时高[2]。Marple[3]等将低剂量时单位剂量细胞杀伤增强的现象定义为低剂量超敏感性(low-dose hypersensitiv-ity HRS),将随后出现的抗性增强现象定义为辐射抗性增强(increased radio-resistance IRR)。HRS/IRR这一现象是目前国际上放射生物研究的热点,到目前为止,已有超过40种细胞系在不同的实验室,不同的照射及生长条件,并通过不同技术证实了HRS/IRR现象的存在。已知超过26种人类细胞具有低剂量超敏感性,但并不是所有的细胞都存在这一现象[1,4]。与存活模型线性二次模型(linear quadratic model,LQ模型)是为人们接受运用广泛的模式,该模式的数学方程表示为SF=exp(-αD-βD2),α和β是LQ模型的两个参数,SF为细胞存活率,D为辐射剂量[5]...
