摘要
目的研究雄激素受体(AR)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取经手术切除并经病理证实的早、进展期胃癌73例,免疫组化SP法染色检测AR在胃癌组织中的表达,分析与临床病理指标、预后的关系。结果胃癌组织AR阳性率为39.73%,且与胃癌的组织学分级及淋巴结转移呈负相关。Kaplan-Meier(卡普兰-迈耶曲线)生存分析显示,AR阳性表达者的累计生存率明显高于阴性表达者。AR表达、肿瘤大小、病期、淋巴结转移及浸润深度均影响胃癌预后;其中的淋巴结转移和浸润深度是评估预后的独立指标。结论AR在一定程度上较早地提示胃癌的预后,它的过度表达提示胃癌预后良好。胃癌AR阳性表达可为其内分泌治疗提供参考。
