经尿道电切联合汽化电切治疗高龄高危前列腺增生

Outcomes of transurethral electrovaporization and resection of prostate in the elderly with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨高龄高危前列腺增生(BPH)经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)联合汽化电切(TUVP)的效果。方法回顾性分析120例高龄高危BPH患者行TURP+TUVP的手术资料。结果国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前(27.3±3.5)分降至术后(14.3±2.6)分;最大尿流率(Qmax)由术前(6.5±1.4)ml/s升至术后(14.6±4.2)ml/s;残余尿量(PVR)由术前(112.5±21.4)ml降至术后(35.7±12.5)ml),手术前、后比较,均P<0.05。结论TURP联合TUVP是治疗高龄高危BPH患者安全有效的方法。
