光棒引导插管在高位颈椎伤气道处理中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨光棒引导插管在高位颈椎伤患者气道建立中的应用价值。方法选择高位颈椎伤患者30例应用光棒引导插管(LW)组,另选非颈椎伤患者30例应用纤维支气管镜(BF)组,比较两组插管时间、成功率与导管通过声门顺利率。结果LW组在3 min内插管成功率高于BF组(96.7%v.s73.3%)(P<0.05),LW组插管时间短于BF组[(24.8±17.0)s v.s(148.6±64.2)s](P<0.01);LW组导管通过声门顺利率高于BF组(89.7%v.s45.5%)(P<0.01)。结论光棒引导气管内插管是高位颈椎伤患者采用全麻快诱导气管插管的有效方法之一。 Objective TO study the efficiency of flexible lightwand-guided tracheal intubation during rapid sequence anesthesia induction in the patients with high level cervical spine injury(HLCSI).Methods Tracheal intubation guided by lightwand was performed in 30 HLCSI patients(group LW).The results of the time and success rate of intubation and the rate of getting through the glottis at the first attempt were compared with those in 30 cases without HLCSI who were intubated with branchofiberoscope(group BF).Results ...
