输尿管气囊导管在输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨输尿管气囊导管辅助输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法总结输尿管气囊导管辅助输尿管镜下钬激光治疗50例输尿管上段结石的临床资料。其中左侧28例,右侧19例,双侧3例。结石总数53枚,结石大小0.6 cm×0.8 cm~1.5 cm×2.0 cm。合并患侧肾积水48例,输尿管狭窄4例,结石伴息肉12例。结果单次手术成功率为100%(50/50),单次结石粉碎率100%(53/53)。手术时间25~50 min,平均手术时间35.4 min,术后住院3~5 d,平均住院4.1 d。术中无一例结石移位于肾盂,碎石颗粒≤2 mm。术后随访3~4个月,结石清除率为100%(50/50)。结论输尿管气囊导管显著提高了输尿管镜治疗输尿管上段结石的手术成功率和结石清除率,缩短了手术时间,值得临床应用推广。
