加强河南森林经营提高森林质量的对策探讨

Discussions on the Countermeasures to Enhance Management and Improving the Quality of Forest Resources in Henan Province

河南森林资源的特点是森林数量少、质量不高、生产力低,其主要原因是森林资源历史上破坏严重、时间长,森林经营工作跟不上;当前及今后相当长的时期内,河南省林业工作应当一手抓森林数量的增加,一手抓森林资源质量的提升,而且要把加强森林经营提高森林资源质量放到更重要的位置,由此提出相应的对策。

The characteristics of Henan forest resources are few quantity,low quality and low productive forces.Serious and long-term destroys in history and lack of management are the primary cause.Forestry work must stress to increase quantity and promote quality of forest resources in Henan province.Moreover,enhancing forest management and improving the quality of forest resources must be put to a more important position in the future.Some relative countermeasures are put forward.
