高职院校学生职业素质培养的调查与分析

The Survey and Analysis of Fostering Students' Professional Quality in Higher Vocational Institutions

培养学生的良好职业素质是职业教育的主要培养目标。面对社会对人才素质越来越高的要求,为使高职毕业生能顺利就业,并成为社会和企业欢迎的、能迅速适应角色转化的职业人,对学生职业素质的培养至关重要。通过对高职生和相关企业的问卷调查,了解学生职业素质培养的现状及其自身发展的需求,并了解企业对高职毕业生职业素质的要求,从而正确认识目前高职院校职业素质培养方面存在的不足,分析原因,制定对策,努力提高学生的职业素质。
