摘要
刑法规制在森林采伐、运输、收购销售和林地管理等环节均发挥重要作用。本文从森林植物的资源特点与国家的生态政策出发,分析我国现行森林资源保护的刑法体系和主要特点,对其中个罪构成要件因素的科学设置与完善提出意见与建议。
Criminal regulation plays an important role in forest logging,transportation,purchasing,selling and the administration of forest lands.Based on the characteristics of forest plant resources and the national ecological policies,this paper analyzes the system and characteristics of current criminal regulation on forest resources protection in China,and proposes advices for the scientific establishment and improvement of constitutive elements of the crimes.
